package ID/shipment number of the shipping service provider.
R E T U R N
Exchange or return
An exchange will only be made with the original label and in undamaged condition. The return must be immediately notified by e-mail after receipt of the goods and returned within 14 days.
For hygienic reasons, the grab set can only be returned or exchanged in its original condition with the Palisé sticker intact.
A return bill cannot be issued.
